Independent Stove Co Advertising Elephant Paper Weight Advertising Figural Paper Weight. INDEPENDENT STOVE CO, OWOSSO MICH - RENOWN UNDERFEED STOVES. Advertising cast iron elephant is 2 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide. The elephant is solid cast iron with a silver finish that has wear. There are no other problems that I can see. Elephant is a very early advertising promotional in wonderful condition.

J B Carroll Advertising Thermometer Thermo-Scope Advertising Premium Thermometer - THERMO-SCOPE, Better Than a Thermometer, J. B. Carroll Company, Established 1898, Manufactures of Celluloid, Paper and Metal Specialties for Advertisers, Carroll and Albany Aves., Phone KEDzie 0495-0496, Chicago. Round thermometer measures 3 1/2" in diameter and has a celluloid face and metal back. The front shows the thermometer and it reads from 10 to 110 degrees fahenheit. The back has an easel for standing and a metal ring for hanging the thermometer. Vintage, early celluloid and tin advertising thermometer in very nice condition.

Early L. Stroup Lumber and Roofing Tin Advertising Mirror Advertising Mirror- L. Stroup and Sons Lumber and Roofing, Alliance, Ohio. Black painted tin frame is 4 1/2 inches in diameter with a 3 1/4 adjustible arm. Manufactured by and marked on the back, P.N. Co, Fulton, Ill., Patent Pending. Mirror is 3 inches and has some wear around the edge. Frame is about 3/4 inches wide around the mirror with the advertising in gold. The metal arm is crimped at the end, and attached to something, just not sure what. Very early advertising mirror in nice condition.

The cover has a nice picture of the feed on the front and an advertisement that reads Security Feeds Manufactured by Security Mills, Inc. The tape and clip are metal. Vintage fertilizer, feed store premium and in very nice condition.

Calendar top is vintage 1940s, cardboard and measures 10" high and 9" wide. The border at the top and bottom go all the way around the print. The border doesn't show up in the scan because the print was slightly wider than my scanner. The title for this one is "Jes' Hold Him Nat'chel, Sonny". The print is signed at the bottom, I beleive it is Hy. Hintermeister. Calendar top is original and vintage 1940s, and in nice condition suitable for framing.

The front cover has a witch with her black cat riding a broom in the moonlight. The back cover has an ad for McCormick-Deering tractors. Inside there are ads and stories relating to the south and farming. Cover has wear, inside in good condition. The cover will look great framed and included as part of your Halloween collection.
