It doesn't have any chips or cracks, it does have crazing and some stains. Vintage and early furniture company advertising plate.

Bell Savings Taylor Thermometer Premium Advertising Thermometer - Bell Savings. This is a great tabletop thermometer. It measures 4 1/2" wide and 3" high. The front is hard plastic and has the Bell Savings logo and the degrees in white. The round metal decoration at the bottom is actually the thermometer, and behind it is the metal thermometer hand. The thermometer works and has accurate temperature. The back is metal and the front and back are hinged at the top. It stands up nicely and has a nice look that will complement any location in the house. Vintage and in nice condition.
